Dive into homeopathy. Unfold your potential.
“We can do so much more for our patients than make symptoms go away. We can explain that homeopathy not only helps sick people become healthy, it also helps healthy people unfold their potential, deepen their relationship to the cosmos, and expand their contributions to the world.”
— Jason-Aeric Huenecke CCH, RSHom(NA), PHI Co-Founder
PHI Programs
The Prometheus Homeopathic Institute offers professional homeopathic training program based upon the principles of spiral learning, student-centered learning concepts, and growth mindset. Through PHI’s unique curriculum and training, students will experience:
· Problem-based learning, spiral learning: Students will be challenged with real-life questions to focus their learning of basic facts while being encouraged to dive deeper into their understanding.
· Multiple approaches: Students will be exposed to a wide spectrum of case analysis techniques so that they can be flexible with the best approach for a particular case and can also discern which approach they might like to study in-depth after they graduate.
· Active learning: In order to learn skills like conducting a homeopathic interview, analyzing the information, and assessing the ongoing follow-ups, students need a lot of practice. Thus PHI students will have clinical experience from the beginning, regular mentorship, at least twenty independent cases taken, and will participate in both a senior project and case conference.
· Hybrid learning: Online classroom discussions in real-time, archived lectures, and in-person retreat style seminars comprise the structure.
· Balancing the practical & the spiritual: Faculty will share the principles upon which they built their practices thus PHI will have an extremely effective practice-management model. Yet the core essence will be teaching students to open their hearts to their patients with compassion and concern, tapping into a higher mind for intuition and inner guidance in their practice.
Anatomy, Physiology & Pathophysiology
At PHI, we want you to be ready to get your Council for Homeopathic Certification (CHC) Certificate as soon as you graduate (and we are currently in the application process to become an ACHENA Candidate School). In order to be eligible to take the CHC Exam, college-level courses in Anatomy & Physiology and Pathophysiology are required. If you need to meet this requirement, we’ve got you covered!
Our 14-month standalone course, Anatomy, Physiology & Pathophysiology (AP&P), is available to any PHI student currently enrolled in a program (Simpli-PHI or Intensi-PHI). The next course begins February 2024. For more information, check out our catalog or request an application below!
PHI Retreats
At PHI, your retreat experience will serve to solidify and strengthen your understanding of homeopathy, healing and yourself. At each week long retreat, which happens twice a year during our Simpli-PHI Program and is an option in our Intensi-PHI Program, you will take a deep dive into subjects like case-taking, self-exploration, practitioner development and homeopathic history. Our hybrid learning model provides you with the flexibility to learn each month from your home and our retreats offer a unique opportunity to learn and grow alongside your classmates with whom you will develop close friendships and long-lasting collegial relationships.
